Established in 1978 by the owner Mr. Jarjoura Elias, Its scope of business was in importing and sales of AC single and three phase induction motors, power tools, welding converters, and generators.

The Boss Mr. Jarjoura Elias was awarded the Gold Mercury International Award two times in Belgrade and Mexico.

In 1983,the company started with importing several industrial equipment from the former Soviet Union and Bulgaria.

In 1997,the company tended to find out new suppliers in Ukraine, Russia, and Western European countries and it could achieved new and longterm business relations with new manufacturers in Germany, Austria, and Italy.

In 2000, the company started its co-operation with different Chinese manufacturers of seveal industrial equipment. It could successfully accomplished new contracts and projects.
